Doreen Sullivan, Esq.

Doreen Sullivan represents clients in a variety of legal matters, including real estate; business law; and wills, trusts & estates.

Ms. Sullivan’s real estate practice includes representing purchasers, sellers and lenders in residential real estate transactions. Her real estate practice also includes representing parties to commercial real estate transactions, including commercial real estate financing transactions.

In her business practice, Ms. Sullivan has extensive experience representing software and other technology companies in connection with outsourcing, licensing and related technology law matters.

Ms. Sullivan’s wills, trusts & estates practice includes counseling clients with respect to estate planning issues and drafting instruments designed to meet estate planning needs.

Prior to joining John C. Sullivan P.C., Ms. Sullivan worked for more than 18 years as a corporate lawyer at major, international law firms in New York City.

She received her law degree Summa Cum Laude in 1988 from New York Law School, where she was an editor of the New York Law School Law Review. Ms. Sullivan is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
